Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Feed the Claw ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. The Service

Feed the Claw is a gamified distribution habit tracker. We help builders track and improve their distribution habits through a virtual claw companion. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Accounts

You can use Feed the Claw anonymously or by linking a Google account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Anonymous accounts may be cleaned up after extended inactivity.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use Feed the Claw to:

• Submit spam, malicious links, or harmful content
• Abuse the API or attempt to manipulate XP, streaks, or leaderboards
• Impersonate others or claim handles in bad faith
• Violate any applicable laws

5. Founder Tier

The optional Founder tier ($49 lifetime) unlocks cosmetic features only — custom claw names, share card themes, and accent colors. We will never sell XP, boosts, streak protection, or ranking advantages.

6. Content & Data

You retain ownership of all content you submit (links, notes, revenue data). We may display aggregated, anonymous statistics. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
